Replacing existing pipelines between two excavations
The existing pipeline is located and two excavations are dug out for the equipment. By hydraulic force, solid steel rods are pushed through the existing pipeline and connected to a bursting head and a replacement pipe at the other end. On the way back, the existing pipe is split and simultaneously replaced by the new pipe.
